I do a great deal of reading, and there are some books that really trigger something, maybe not on the first read but this was one that hit me fast as to how to move forward by taking 5 seconds.
Most recently this was how I got through the PMP exam. 200 questions, in 4 hours after countless hours of practice exams, 35 hours of course work and a failed first attempt. I realized I needed to slow down to really think about my answers.
So all I did was when the feeling of being overwhelmed popped up in the exam I just stopped, took a deep breath, counted 5,4,3,2,1 and started on the question in front of me.
